The transport of your parcel

Shipping costs include packing, handling and postage.
Your parcel is shipped with care, especially with packages containing fragile products.
Packages are shipped the day even if the command was passed before 10: 00.
Delivery times depend on the shipping method chosen.
In the event of a large number of commands may be an extra day required for the preparation/shipment of your package.

Modes of delivery FRANCE:

DPD Predict Livraison Express 24h

Service Express Predict with delivery in 24 / 48 h at home with DPD France.
This is a service that offers delivery with Jack's appointment by sms for a home delivery or an overrun: a neighbour / another address / point relay / in Agency DPD.

DPD Livraison Express Relais PickUp 24h

Point relay service for prompt delivery in your convenience store.
You work full time, you are not available at the hours of delivery?
Choose the delivery point relay.
100% of shops are open on Saturday and the vast majority until 8 pm at night.

La poste - livraison lettre suivie

Economic service letter followed with a home delivery between 2 and 5 working days.
This mode of delivery concerns only the product-3 cm thick.

La poste - Colissimo

Delivery DOM - TOM against signature with a delivery between 3 and 15 working days (depending on the area).
It is a service of delivery at home with tracking number.
A deposit in your nearest postoffice absent.

La poste - livraison Petit paquets international

Delivery small package Export followed by economic with delivery between 5 and 20 days (depending on the area).
The reliability and experience of the postal service at a lower cost and a deposit in your postoffice absent.

Fedex Eco - Livraison EU

Delivery Fedex Eco Europe with delivery between 3-5 days (depending on the area).
Service fast delivery with tracking number.
Notification in your mailbox in case of absence.

Fedex Express - Worldwide delivery

Delivery Fedex Express world with delivery between 3-7 days (depending on the area).
Service fast delivery with tracking number.
Notification in your mailbox in case of absence.

Undelivered packages

In the event of non delivery due to an incomplete or insufficient address billing depending on the weight of the package may be asked for the expenses of return. Please add a maximum of accuracy in your address.

In the event of loss of the parcel on the part of the carrier an inquiry will be opened. The response on the part of the carrier time is estimated between 7 and 30 days depending on expedition areas.

In the case where we would be responsible for we reimburse either has an Exchange, credit, a refund or a re-shipment if the goods are always available.


Any defective product send us an email with the product references and damage as well as a picture in the format of your choice.

The photo must be clear and conspicuous failure. Thanks for being the most explicit possible.
Any request without attached photo may be refused.

Error on our part, a right of return you will be returned free of charge. Following this we can proceed to an Exchange, credit or refund.

Return / exchange

If the product size or colour do not suit you you will have 14 days to inform us of your request and 14 additional days to send us your parcel.

After these deadlines, we are entitled to refuse any request on your part.

You can either relieve it you even (we recommend a shipment with tracking as proof of deposit) or either send you a return form to print and paste on the package. The right side of the slip is to do DAB at the counter as proof of deposit. Please keep it until we have received the parcel.

In case of Exchange we support half of the transport costs (ex: you return and we return).
In case of refund, and if we have sent you a right of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

In case of loss by the postal service, Baliwood society cannot be held responsible for any damage.

In the case of abnormal or abusive return BaliWood reserves the right to refuse any further order.

Acceptance of the return implies that the product was not door (except for the fitting), washed, presents no marks of wear or various acts which may be detrimental to the quality of the product as the smell of perfume, cigarette and other alterations.

Procedure for return / exchange

Go to your account and choose history and select your order (ex: FJNNTMHDT). Get off in the middle of page, select the products concerned, add a comment and post your return. As soon as your accepted back, print the return form and add it to the contents of your package. Without this we cannot identify your return.

These conditions are not required to exercise your right of withdrawal.

Lost parcels and insurance

In case of loss of packages on the part of the postal service, we do SERRIONS be held responsible. No package is insured. An investigation may be opened to determine if the package is misplaced or lost.
However, we recommend you our DPD Predict carrier.
We offer no assurance of delivery but you can however make us demand in advance only for shipments with DPD. An increase of amount of 0.75% of the value of the package will be added to the total amount of your order.

Delivery times

Orders are shipped the day even if they are validated before 10 h during opening day (Monday to Friday). If necessary, a preparation day is added to the delivery times. The delivery rate is estimated based on weight.

Delivery times are set by zones A, B, C, D, E:
Area: France
Zone B: European Union and Switzerland
Zone C: Countries of the Eastern Europe (non-EU), Norway, Maghreb
Zone D: Countries in Africa except North Africa, Canada, United States, near and Middle East
Zone E: Other destinations

The respective periods in economic mode (letter followed, international package, colissimo):
Zone A: 2-5 working days
Zone B: 3 to 7 business days
Zone C: 4 to 10 business days
Zone D: 5-12 working days
Zone E: 5-15 working days

The respective periods in express mode (DPD, Fedex):
Zone A: 1 to 2 working days
Zone B: 2 to 4 working days
Zone C: 3 to 5 working days
Zone D: 4-5 working days
Zone E: Other destinations

Some areas distant from large settlement and whose access is difficult, can need 1-2 days extra. A surcharge may be applied.
